Manager, Commerce Business Remote Revenue

Seeking a Commerce Manager to join our successful and growing Commerce (affiliate marketing) Team. The team consists of editors and business strategists who create well-researched, data-driven articles about products for all of BDG’s sites. This position will assist in devising and implementing data-driven marketing and editorial tactics for BDG’s commerce business; analyze product sales and traffic performance to form recommendations for continuous improvement of commerce content and marketing distribution strategies. Require right-brain and left-brain skills–the work is at the intersection of where art meets science. Candidates should be hard-working and excited to try new things. Help develop and manage marketing campaigns and ads across major social media platforms, newsletters, search, etc. Synthesize data from various sources (internal dashboards and external sources, like Google Analytics, Amazon Associates, etc) and use it to update models (using Google Sheets and Excel). Help identify the best affiliate products and product images to feature in articles and across marketing platforms, based on click and purchase data analysis.
