Technical UX Researcher

We are seeking a highly analytical and technically skilled UX Researcher to lead research initiatives across both product experiences and payment systems. This role is ideal for someone who combines a strong foundation in user research methodologies with a practical understanding of technical tools and systems. As a Technical UX Researcher, you will play a central role in uncovering how competitors design, monetize, and scale their products. The ideal candidate will be comfortable conducting both traditional UX research and technically-oriented investigations, including traffic and payment methods analysis. You will conduct in-depth research on competing products to evaluate user experience, monetization strategy, patterns, feature implementation, and overall product strategy. You will also analyze end-to-end payment journeys, including checkout flows, subscription logic, and fraud prevention techniques.
