Lead research across Lime's iOS/Android Rider app, contributing to safety programs, city integrations, and hardware teams. Responsible for leading strategic efforts like thematic deep dives and continuous service health monitoring. Support project-based survey needs across software and hardware teams and influence product decisions.

Lead strategic research initiatives to identify future optimizations and enhancements. Collect and analyze user behavior through customer conversations, surveys, ethnography, benchmark studies and online experiments. Work closely with product and design partners to deeply understand issues related to our players’ experience.
