About the Role:
- Own the product vision and business strategy for a portfolio of monetized products central to HighLevel's revenue growth.
- Operate at the intersection of product, revenue, finance, growth, and customer success.
- Be accountable for both product outcomes and business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define long-term product vision and roadmap aligned with company strategy and revenue objectives.
- Lead pricing and packaging strategy including usage-based pricing, subscription tiers, and margin optimization.
- Drive product-led growth initiatives to increase adoption, expansion, and retention.
Required Qualifications:
- 15+ years of product management experience with 4+ years leading product teams.
- Experience owning revenue-generating SaaS, usage-based, or communications products.
- Strong understanding of P&L ownership, monetization strategy, and business forecasting.
