Quality Assurance Analyst

Enhance Higharc's platform quality by collaborating closely with our Engineering and Product teams. The goal is to ensure a seamless, bug-free experience for builders using a modern web-based CAD application. Core responsibilities involve manually testing new features, regression scenarios, and complex user flows. Write, maintain, and execute test cases based on product specifications and user stories. Collaborate with developers and PMs to understand technical implementations and identify edge cases in new features, before they reach end users. Log bugs using our issue tracking system, validate fixes, and contribute to QA sign-off for releases. Support identifying gaps in test coverage so our automation engineers can help fill in those gaps and participate in release QA coordination.
