The Work:
- Analyze legacy HR and payroll data to map to SAP ECP structures.
- Define transformations, value mappings, and defaulting logic.
- Collaborate with payroll functional, technical, and legacy teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain source-to-target mapping specifications with full traceability.
- Validate converted data and resolve root-cause discrepancies.
- Support data reconciliation and readiness for parallel testing and cutover.
What We Need:
- 4+ years of SAP HCM Payroll or SAP SuccessFactors ECP experience.
- Deep understanding of payroll data structures and foundational logic.
- US citizenship and eligibility for Public Trust clearance.
