Role Overview:
- Hands-on, high-visibility role owning SuccessFactors configuration across Employee Central, Position Management, Compensation, and more.
- Work directly with business areas, support integrations, and provide analytics backup.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and maintain Employee Central, Position Management, Compensation, and other core modules.
- Manage integrations, lead UAT, and troubleshoot data discrepancies.
- Provide Power BI reporting support and translate HR needs into scalable solutions.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of SAP SuccessFactors administration with hands-on configuration.
- Deep understanding of HR data structures and integrations.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
