Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as hands-on SuccessFactors Learning resource during implementation, with attention to learner experience, workflows, catalogs, curricula, certifications, and instructor-led training.
- Coordinate configuration activities, troubleshoot issues, and document decisions for long-term owners.
- Maintain transition plans, status reports, and readiness activities, facilitating stakeholder communication and handoffs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and demonstrated hands-on experience administering or implementing SAP SuccessFactors Learning.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional technology implementations, including dependencies, risks, and testing.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Teams, SharePoint, and project/issue-tracking tools.
Additional Information:
- Six-month contract role with full-time hours and home-based workplace.
