Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with HR Technology and Workforce Intelligence teams to drive advanced Workday learning solutions.
- Manage talent management projects end-to-end including planning, stakeholder analysis, and deliverables.
- Leverage learning technology to assess workforce gaps and prepare innovative solutions.
Required Qualifications:
- Typically requires a University Degree and 10 years experience or an Advanced Degree with 7 years.
- Relevant experience in Human Resources, Learning, Talent Development, or Organizational Effectiveness.
- Proven experience administering modern learning management platforms or LXPs.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficiency with Workday Learning functionality and LMS consolidation/migration experience.
- Leadership Assessments or Change Management Certification.
- Strong analytical skills and high proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
