As a Training Support Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering curriculum to the support team. You will be a resource for the team through formal and informal training, leading internal onboarding, creating courses in our SAT offering, and helping to maintain both our internal and external knowledge bases, all with the goal of leveling up our team’s product knowledge, troubleshooting capabilities, and communication skills.
The Sr. HR Generalist will be a supporting member of a business unit and serve as a key resource to provide tactical human resource functions, partnering with HR processes like talent acquisition, performance management, and compensation. They will be involved in employee coaching and development and lead broad-based HR initiatives by partnering with the corporate HR team to leverage best practices across the organization.
We’re looking for a Training Associate to execute our customer-facing training programs. Reporting to the Director of Training, this role will execute our internal and external training initiatives, support the execution of the Inspiren Training Center of Excellence, and ensure consistent and effective education throughout the customer journey. You will be instrumental in delivering training content, driving customer engagement and ensuring product adoption. This role requires 70-75% travel.
