The Sr. HR Generalist will be a supporting member of a business unit and or functional leadership team and serve as a key resource to provide tactical human resource functions. This role will partner with other HR processes such as talent acquisition, performance management, compensation, organizational effectiveness, and benefits. They will be involved in employee coaching and development, and employee communication. They will lead broad-based HR initiatives by partnering with the corporate HR team to leverage best practices across the entire organization.
Responsibilities include relationship building, organizational capability development, change management, collaboration, and maintaining company culture. The candidate should be able to work independently with employees, managers, and partners to accurately assess needs, provide information or assistance, resolve problems, or satisfy requirements. The role requires excellent communication, presentation, and persuasion skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and/or Human Resources with a minimum of 5 years of HR experience.
