About the Role:
- Design and oversee learning programs that drive operational excellence in high-volume environments.
- Connect client requirements with frontline execution by strengthening employee competencies and change adoption.
- Work closely with instructional designers, subject matter experts, and operations teams to ensure effective learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct training needs assessments to evaluate baseline skills and align curricula with client KPIs.
- Partner with instructional designers to develop process maps, SOPs, and upskilling modules.
- Measure new-hire speed to proficiency and monitor performance against KPIs during first 30-60 days.
Requirements:
- Bring at least 2 years of experience in RAD or ERT environments with exposure to learning or change initiatives.
- Demonstrate strong understanding of adult learning principles (ADDIE, Kirkpatrick) and change management frameworks (Prosci, ADKAR).
- Possess exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills.
Benefits:
