Accountabilities:

- Manage timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional alignment across Learning, Operations, and support functions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline and at least 6 years of experience in program management or learning enablement.
- Demonstrated success managing complex cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong planning, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree and experience in pharmaceuticals, life sciences, or healthcare.
- Background in learning and development, change management, or operational communications.
