Role Description:
- Lead implementation of the Government-established learning and career-development framework for an early-career acquisition cohort.
- Coordinate learning across federal acquisition fundamentals, lifecycle, procurement, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain the Development Framework and Curriculum Plan with learning objectives, sequencing, delivery methods, and evaluation.
- Design and facilitate cohort-based learning activities including workshops, case studies, and speaker series.
- Maintain participant learning and development data and analyze developmental activities.
Required Qualifications:
- At least 10 years of experience in learning and development, instructional design, or related field.
- Bachelor's degree in instructional design, adult education, or related field; master's preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and learning management systems.
