About the Role:
- This is a hands-on individual contributor role responsible for designing, developing, and implementing learning solutions in support of GTM priorities.
- Independently drive assigned learning workstreams from needs assessment through development and implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with GTM leaders and subject matter experts to identify learning needs and translate business priorities into effective learning solutions.
- Develop content across multiple modalities including instructor-led, digital, toolkits, and job aids.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience in Learning & Development, Instructional Design, or related field.
- 7+ years of relevant experience in instructional design or L&D with strong project and stakeholder management skills.
