About the Role:
- We seek a strategic, collaborative Lead Instructional Designer to drive instructional design strategy as an individual contributor.
- You will partner with Technical Writing, own the LMS transition, and define instructional UX and system requirements.
What You'll Do:
- Act as central driver for learning initiatives, managing stakeholder expectations and complex projects.
- Architect technical curriculum, role-based certifications, and interactive learning experiences.
- Track learner telemetry and prove ROI through product adoption and certification rates.
