The expectation of this role is that you split your time between assisting our clients via our email support channel and supporting data migration efforts and quickly establish yourself as a key contributor within 3-6 months.Respond to customer questions and requests via email using our help desk platform to help them find solutions to their inquiries in an accurate and efficient manner. Serve as primary point of contact for customer inquiries related to data migrations, resolve questions around migration procedures and post-migration support.
