Development PMO Director

Role Overview:

• Leads the Project Management Office for data center projects, ensuring consistent delivery of complex builds, expansions, and retrofits.
• Establishes standards and execution discipline while driving schedule, cost, quality, and risk performance across a multi-billion-dollar portfolio.

Key Accountabilities:

• Establish and lead the Development PMO, defining project management standards, tools, methodologies, and controls.
• Oversee portfolio health, interdependencies, and critical path risks, prioritizing initiatives based on business value and resources.
• Partner with Land Development, Engineering, Procurement, and Operations teams to drive end-to-end execution and operational readiness.

Team & Culture:

• Build, mentor, and lead a team of project and program managers, defining roles, career paths, and performance metrics.
• Drive a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence, helping build a more connected and accountable team environment.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on delivery strategy, providing executive dashboards and ensuring transparent communication across global teams.
