Job Description
GovCIO is seeking a Manual and Automation Tester to support USPS and their Logistics Tech Services Group. This is a fully remote position within the United States. The role involves performing test execution, providing ad hoc testing support throughout all SDLC phases, and creating/executing test scenarios. You will work with the development team for defect resolution and demonstrate user stories and functionality to the client. Performing verification of test conditions using backend systems, including running SQL queries, and checking service responses using Postman, SoapUI or similar tools is a must.
The candidate will also assist with Agile Ceremonies and release management as a Scrum Master backup. The position requires someone to maintain system protocols by writing and updating procedures, release notes, and documentation, as well as working with Business on data updates via UI and verification.
