Financial Planning Consultant (Operations)

We are seeking an experienced Financial Planning Consultant to conduct a full review of our financial processes and outputs—particularly focused on our Profit & Loss (P&L) tracking, Sales Pipeline, Sales Forecasting, and Actuals vs Forecast analysis. You will be responsible for identifying gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement, and advising on best practices for setting up a more robust financial planning and reporting structure that is scalable. Responsibilities include conducting a diagnostic review of current financial spreadsheets and reporting processes, assessing accuracy, consistency, and usability of P&L tracking, sales pipeline and forecast, actuals vs predicted performance, and cost tracking and forecasting methods. The consultant will also identify key weaknesses, inefficiencies, and risks, develop a roadmap for improvement, recommend tools and systems, and deliver a final report with key stakeholders.
