About the Role:
- The Senior Health Researcher supports the Defense Health Agency's Implementation Science Support Services (IS3) program.
- The position serves as a senior subject matter expert assessing healthcare programs and providing strategic recommendations.
What You'll Do:
- Lead complex evaluations and analytical efforts to identify opportunities for improving healthcare delivery and outcomes.
- Develop executive briefings, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Contribute to enterprise initiatives focused on implementation science and healthcare transformation.
Required Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Health Services Research, Public Health, or a related field.
- Minimum of three years of experience supporting the Military Health System.
- Demonstrated experience conducting health services research and program evaluation.
