Senior Program Manager - Product Operations

The Senior Program Manager excels in managing complex projects, aligning stakeholders, and proactively driving go-to-market solutions. One of the main priorities of this role includes ensuring the quality, consistency of Spring Health's demo environment. This includes project managing cross-functional efforts across product, engineering, product marketing, and sales to build and maintain a reliable demo that showcases our software's value. The ideal candidate for this role can oversee multifaceted initiatives, foster collaboration across many verticals, and spearhead projects that positively impact product, sales and marketing efforts. This full-time, remote position requires approximately two business trips per year. Candidates located in New York City may work in-office at our headquarters up to three times per week.
