Manager, Fraud Strategy

The Manager, Fraud Strategy will play a crucial role in supporting the fraud risk function. This position assesses fraud risks, implements controls and monitoring solutions, and develops data-driven recommendations. Lead a team of three Business Analysts, monitor team performance, and provide guidance. Develop and implement risk controls and monitoring frameworks and build dashboards to enhance fraud detection. Utilize advanced SQL for data extraction, analysis, and reporting and apply basic Python knowledge for data manipulation and automation. Develop business cases and provide data-driven recommendations for fraud prevention initiatives. Influence decision-making through analytical storytelling and persuasive communication.
