Responsibilities:
- Manage professional or supervisory employees, including hiring, training, performance reviews, and directing workflow.
- Make decisions within approved operating plans and objectives, managing budget for large projects.
- Resolve complex customer complaints and interact with direct reports, supervisors, customers, and physicians.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required; BSN preferred.
- Registered Nurse licensure in state of practice.
- 5+ years clinical nursing experience and 3+ years leadership experience.
Work Environment:
- Remote position available in specific states only.
- Exempt schedule, Mon-Fri 8am-4:30pm AZ time, no weekends or call.
- Banner supplies equipment; team is independent and remote.
