Responsibilities:

  • Manage professional or supervisory employees, including hiring, training, performance reviews, and directing workflow.
  • Make decisions within approved operating plans and objectives, managing budget for large projects.
  • Resolve complex customer complaints and interact with direct reports, supervisors, customers, and physicians.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required; BSN preferred.
  • Registered Nurse licensure in state of practice.
  • 5+ years clinical nursing experience and 3+ years leadership experience.

Work Environment:

  • Remote position available in specific states only.
  • Exempt schedule, Mon-Fri 8am-4:30pm AZ time, no weekends or call.
  • Banner supplies equipment; team is independent and remote.
