- Execute merchant onboarding and training to drive application volume and program adoption with urgency after setup.
- Conduct high-quality store visits to identify performance gaps and provide real-time coaching to improve results.
- Collaborate with senior account managers to set territory priorities and support regional execution strategies.
Candidate Requirements:
- Possess strong relationship-building and communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a field-based environment.
- Bring 1-2 years of experience in retail, sales, or customer-facing roles and a valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
- Be highly organized and detail-oriented, with familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot, and prior field sales experience is a plus.
Compensation and Benefits:
