Job Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage an assigned portfolio of merchant accounts, conducting field visits to build trust and serve as the day-to-day contact.
  • Execute merchant onboarding and training to drive application volume and program adoption with urgency after setup.
  • Conduct high-quality store visits to identify performance gaps and provide real-time coaching to improve results.
  • Collaborate with senior account managers to set territory priorities and support regional execution strategies.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Possess strong relationship-building and communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a field-based environment.
  • Bring 1-2 years of experience in retail, sales, or customer-facing roles and a valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
  • Be highly organized and detail-oriented, with familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot, and prior field sales experience is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Earn a competitive base salary ranging from $55,000 to $65,000, with an on-target earnings potential up to $85,000 annually.
