Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for providing real-time support to our customers through live chat. You will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving any issues or concerns they may have. Engage with customers in real-time through live chat to provide support and assistance, resolve customer queries, complaints, and issues in a timely and efficient manner and ensure customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and support. You will also collaborate with other team members to escalate and resolve complex customer issues and maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
