Job Description

Design and execute integrated demand generation campaigns targeting Airship products, personas, and verticals across global markets. Develop creative briefs, coordinate cross-functional input, and oversee campaign timelines to ensure successful delivery. Manage multi-channel campaigns leveraging paid media, email marketing, content marketing, social media, and ABM platforms. Partner with regional GTM teams to localize and tailor campaigns for specific geographies and cultural nuances. Create and manage a global campaign calendar to align product launches, persona-based campaigns, and industry-specific initiatives. Collaborate with product marketing and sales enablement to ensure alignment on messaging, goals, and execution. Ensure campaigns run seamlessly across multiple touchpoints, including landing pages, webinars, and nurture sequences. Define and track KPIs for campaign performance, including ABM diagnostics (account mapping, identification of buying groups, monitoring intent signals, etc), opportunity creation, pipeline contribution, and ROI. Use analytics tools to monitor performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights for optimization. Implement A/B testing and continuous improvements for messaging, creative, and targeting strategies. Partner with content, product marketing, and design teams to develop compelling assets (e.g., whitepapers, case studies, videos). Work closely with sales teams to align on campaign goals, handoff processes, and feedback loops. Manage external agencies or contractors as needed for campaign execution and media buying.
