Your Role:

  • Design and optimise end-to-end growth experiences across onboarding, activation, engagement, and expansion
  • Identify friction points and opportunities across key funnels using both qualitative research and quantitative data
  • Collaborate with PMs, engineers, and data partners to define growth hypotheses and translate them into experiments and shipped experiences

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer, Growth Designer, or similar role in Developer Tooling / B2B SaaS
  • Experience designing for developer-facing products or highly technical audiences
  • Demonstrated experience designing for growth across the full lifecycle: onboarding, activation, engagement, and expansion
