Salesforce Administrator

This is a foundational role that will establish a center of excellence for Salesforce administration within our go-to-market organization. You will partner closely with our Product Development team to empower the Commercial team to more effectively manage workflows, data, and reporting. You’ll serve as the primary systems owner for Commercial in Salesforce, supporting B2B operations. Responsibilities include configuration & administration of the Salesforce instance, collaborating cross-functionally, data management & reporting, enablement & support, and strategic systems ownership. The ideal candidate should have 5–10 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator with a focus on B2B go-to-market teams, strong expertise with Salesforce Sales Cloud and proficiency with declarative Salesforce configuration. They should also possess experience working at a fast-paced startup and be skilled in translating business needs into scalable system solutions. Salesforce Administrator certification is required.
