Responsibilities:
- Collaborates with Product Specialists to understand payroll compliance requirements.
- Educate Product team on legislation; ensure correct implementation.
- Develop legislative specifications for reports and integrations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field.
- 4+ years of payroll experience in Switzerland.
- Strong working knowledge of local regulations and policies related to payroll and HR.
