Retail Intake Administrator

The Retail Intake Administrator will be preparing loans for submission to Processing. This role will upload and review documents and order mortgage services before assigning to the Retail Processor. Responsibilities include uploading and sorting loan documents, ordering services such as appraisals, and assisting management on pipeline reports and projects. They will also provide administrative support for the operations team. Qualifications include 1+ year related experience preferred. Must be able to read, analyze, and interpret procedures, manuals, policies, and regulations. Strong oral and written communication skills and display professional customer service, and analytical skills are needed. Working knowledge of PC applications (Word, Excel, MS Outlook) is a must.
