The VP of Product Marketing will lead the strategic development and execution of Restaurant365’s product marketing function. This role is responsible for market positioning, cross-functional go-to-market strategy, and the success of new product introductions and customer lifecycle marketing. You will serve as the voice of the customer and market internally, while enabling revenue teams and influencing product strategy. The VP will own and evolve the product marketing strategy in alignment with company goals, product roadmap, and customer segments across SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise. They will define and lead go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new product and feature launches, partnering with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to drive adoption, retention, and growth. They will develop and refine messaging, positioning, and value propositions that clearly communicate differentiated value for each product line and buyer personal, while enabling sales and customer success teams through impactful enablement programs, including training, collateral, competitive intelligence, and objection handling.
