The IT Support Specialist role will contribute to help desk, system and computer support. Alongside the IT team, the IT Support Specialist will be responsible for certain tasks and special projects may be assigned in addition to the required daily tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Configure and support laptops and other computer equipment
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues while providing concise and useful updates
- Respond to all calls/tickets within agreed SLAs, prioritizing work where necessary
- Install and configure applications
- Mobile device support
- Maintain and troubleshoot LAN / Wi-Fi network
- Administration of user accounts for various systems
- Provide remote connectivity support
- Documentation creation and maintenance
- Train employees on internal systems and computer
- Other various tasks as requested/assigned
