Job Description
The Sr Program Development Lead will be a member of the Clinical Programs’ Program Development team. The role will focus on the design, development, evaluation, and implementation of clinical services, protocols, resources, and educational materials at Equip. The Program Development Lead will work under the supervision of a Director of Program Development to lead small, cross functional teams in the development of new clinical protocols and services. This role will also serve as a project manager, contributor, and subject matter expert for other cross functional teams and program development initiatives. A Sr Program Development Lead has subject matter expertise in areas broadly related to eating disorders and behavioral healthcare, psychology, health technology, and protocol/program development.
