Technical Accounting Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Technical Accounting Manager to contribute to our accounting operations, lead the audit process, ensure compliance with GAAP, assist with the ERP migration, and support strategic financial planning. This role, reporting to the Controller, requires a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with strong technical accounting, analytical, and communication skills. You will: Oversee and manage the general accounting functions, prepare financial statements in accordance with GAAP, ensure month-end and year-end close processes, develop and implement accounting policies, coordinate and support the external audit, manage and mentor accounting staff, analyze financial data and support business decision-making, assist with budgeting, ensure compliance, and support tax preparation.
