Scrum Master

As a hands-on Scrum Master, you will lead with energy, clarity, and purpose. You will guide cross-functional software teams toward stronger delivery and agile maturity. You’ll use AI-powered tools and agile metrics like flow metrics to remove blockers, improve performance, and drive sustainable delivery. You’ll work closely with product, engineering, quality, and operations to build alignment, improve processes, and create a culture of continuous improvement. As a player-coach you will improve team habits, and influence delivery outcomes. Facilitate daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews with purpose and accountability. Coach teams on Agile best practices and keep projects aligned and on track. You will proactively identify blockers and work across teams to remove them—before they become issues. You will use delivery metrics to improve team performance, apply AI tools to enhance planning, reporting, or workflow automation, and continuously look for ways to simplify, streamline, and scale what’s working.
