Job Description
Survey Programming:
-Maintains full responsibility for online survey development and thoroughly reviews client materials.
-Develops high-quality surveys against client's materials and resolves amendments during quality assurance.
-Prepares the survey for deployment and sets up a link to track progress in the field.
Process Improvement:
-Contributes to improving processes by working on tasks that increase capabilities & efficiency.
-Spends time reporting and receiving information to and from their manager.
-Continues to learn the latest technologies in the data collections field.
Client Satisfaction:
-Strives to exceed client satisfaction when programming and proactively suggests design improvements.
-Meets programming timelines and resolves data issues in a timely manner.
-Works directly with the client on custom solutions.
