About the Role:
- Seeking a detail-oriented Billing Associate to support Health Plan Billing Operations accounts receivable function.
- Responsible for accurate and timely processing of claim denials and payments from health plan partners.
What You'll Do:
- Serve as subject matter expert in claim denials, payment posting, and remittance reconciliation.
- Analyze EOBs and remittance advice to identify root causes of denials and payment discrepancies.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to process improvements.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Annual base salary range of $68,000 - $103,500 plus eligibility for discretionary bonuses.
