Responsibilities:

  • Support post-incident recovery efforts, collaborating with DFIR teams to assess the scope of incidents.
  • Restore compromised systems to pre-incident state, including data recovery and system hardening.
  • Reimage endpoints and servers, and troubleshoot network issues to restore connectivity.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Cybersecurity, or equivalent experience in technical support or IT administration.
  • Foundational knowledge of Windows, Linux, MacOS, firewalls, VPNs, and Active Directory.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and a proactive, team-first attitude with excellent communication.
