Senior Developer

Role and Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and end-to-end technical implementation of high-complexity apps within a larger ecosystem.
• Implement sophisticated Agentic Systems, translating architectural blueprints into secure, scalable, production-ready code.
• Coach teammates on the adoption of the AI-Native Technical Delivery Methodology and the shift to AI-assisted coding.

Qualifications and Skills:

• 5+ years in OutSystems; deep knowledge of Agentic process design and vector database integration.
• Advanced proficiency in prompt engineering to design complex AI solutions, ensuring output reliability.
• Leadership by example, strong analytical thinking, and a focus on user-centric design.
