In this role, you’ll utilize standard operating procedures and information from multiple sources to make data-driven decisions, execute initial troubleshooting, and initiate action with appropriate partners. Success in this role will rely on a combination of detailed understanding of DailyPay’s operational monitoring functions, attention to detail, and ability to execute tasks with high quality in a fast-paced environment.
You will develop expertise in our product, configuration, and backend processes. You will also monitor and manage DailyPay’s operational, risk management, and revenue dashboards/metrics; analyze and monitor operational data/trends to mitigate risk exposure; identify operational anomalies using data from multiple sources; and investigate alerts to prevent service outages. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal teams to ensure processing is completed efficiently, and report, troubleshoot, and manage incidents through to resolution.
This position follows a fixed schedule of Saturday - Wednesday, 3:00 PM - 12:00 AM PST.
