Role Focus:
- Own the end-to-end payment lifecycle for affiliate commissions and contractual payments.
- Be the go-to person for affiliates with questions about their money, resolving disputes and building trust.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with Affiliate Managers to verify deliverables and provide final sign-off on payment accuracy.
- Handle payout disputes, clawbacks, refunds, and chargebacks end to end.
- Write SOPs and exception policies to create a repeatable process.
What You'll Bring:
- 5+ years of experience in commissions, affiliate payouts, revenue operations, or finance operations.
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills and experience with payment platforms like Tipalti, RAMP, or Bill.com.
