Senior Director, Professional Services

As the Senior Director of Professional Services, you will be responsible for leading GitLab’s global services delivery across EMEA, ensuring customers realize the full value of our AI-powered DevSecOps platform. You’ll oversee a distributed team of managers, architects, engineers, and other services professionals, setting the vision and strategy for how we design and deliver consulting, implementation, training, and advisory services. You’ll refine our delivery model, strengthen collaboration with Sales, Product, and Customer Support, and scale the organization in line with a fast-growing, subscription-based business.
