Job Summary:

• As Associate Director, Commercial Insights, you will own high-visibility analyses and present to pharma clients.
• You'll build analyses and narratives, while developing analysts and raising quality bars.
• This is a player-coach role on a high-performing team.

Responsibilities:

• Own complex analytics projects from scoping through client presentation, translating data into recommendations.
• Manage and mentor analysts, ensuring analytical rigor and storytelling quality.
• Partner cross-functionally to support client strategy and growth.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years in business intelligence or commercial analytics, with client-facing experience.
• Advanced Excel/PowerPoint proficiency and experience with campaign performance analysis.
• Familiarity with Rx/medical claims data and ability to travel ~25%.
