Responsibilities:
- Drive operational excellence, quality, and scalability across the bookkeeping function.
- Oversee day-to-day performance and development of the bookkeeping team.
- Manage performance targets for quality, productivity, and automation adoption.
Team and Operations:
- Lead offshore bookkeepers executing month-end close, payroll reconciliations, and onboarding.
- Strengthen processes and improve bookkeeping quality through data-driven insights.
- Maintain strong internal controls to ensure accuracy, compliance, and customer trust.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Partner with Product, Support, and Tax to resolve complex issues and improve customer experience.
- Increase automation adoption to reduce manual work and enable scalable growth.
- Manage BPO partner relationships to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery.
