Senior User Experience Designer

As a Senior User Experience Designer, you will define and execute design strategies that align with business objectives and user needs. You will lead the end-to-end design process, from discovery and research to wireframing, prototyping, and final UI execution. Conduct advanced user research, usability testing, and A/B experiments to validate and refine design solutions. You will partner closely with product managers and engineers to ensure seamless implementation of designs, design scalable UI components and contribute to our evolving design system. You must advocate for accessibility (A11y) and inclusive design principles, ensuring our products serve a diverse user base and refine micro-interactions and motion elements to improve user engagement and usability. You must use data-driven insights to continuously improve the user experience and optimise for business impact. You will mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation and stay ahead of fintech trends and best practices to drive product innovation.
