The Senior Vice President of Strategic Process Improvement drives performance excellence across Clinical Delivery, leading initiatives that improve quality, experience, and financial outcomes. This role establishes and oversees the annual Performance Improvement Plan for Product Operations and Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI), ensuring alignment with organizational goals for delivery, accuracy, and operational effectiveness. As a senior leader, the SVP will design and execute a comprehensive team and talent strategy to deliver on key operational and programmatic initiatives that enhance patient experience. Partnering closely with the Chief Clinical Officer and cross-functional executives, this leader will advance enterprise-wide initiatives that strengthen clinical performance and support sustainable growth.
