Decision Engine Implementation & Testing:
- Configuration Support: Own the implementation of new process flows, rule changes, and logic updates within the third-party decision engine.
- QA & Testing: Execute testing for new decisioning parameters and A/B tests to ensure accuracy before full deployment.
- Backtesting: running historical what-if simulations using historical observations in the decision engine.
Cross Functional Collaboration:
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with business stakeholders to document requirements for process improvements.
- Process Documentation: Help maintain documentation for business processes related to decision logic, A/B testing specifications, etc.
- Technology Liaison: Work closely with the technology and engineering teams to ensure that decision engine process flows are compatible with the Company’s core apps.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years in an analytical and product support function, preferably in FinTech, lending, or a high-growth financial services environment.
- Direct experience working with and optimizing a decision engine
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Excel is required; experience with Python is a strong plus.
