Engineering Manager - BE, Java

Responsibilities include driving the evolution of Java-based backend systems, with a strong focus on performance, resilience, and scalability. This role involves leading a talented group of engineers in building distributed systems using Spring Boot, Kafka, MongoDB, and PostgreSQL, and playing a key role in decomposing monolithic architecture into cloud-native microservices. The position requires shaping both the technology and the team behind some of the most critical systems in InPost’s ecosystem.
