Senior Compliance Associate

The Compliance team at Kraken Digital Asset Exchange plays a key role in accelerating the global adoption of crypto. As a Senior Compliance Associate, you will specialize in the Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation (MiCA) and shape the company’s regulatory strategy in the EU. Provide expert guidance on MiCA compliance, refine compliance policies, monitor regulatory developments, deliver compliance training, support internal reporting, manage regulatory inquiries, and act as a trusted partner to various teams. The role requires a minimum of 5 years’ experience in financial services compliance, solid understanding of the EU regulatory landscape, proven communication skills, and a proactive mindset.
